Terms of Service (Testnet / Beta)

Effective Date: 2025-10-31

Provider: Mflo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Beta notice. The Service is a non‑custodial Testnet/Beta tool that surfaces and relays data/signals from permitted sources. We are not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, or custodian. During Beta we enable only public or redistributable sources. All content is provided AS IS and not financial advice.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You affirm you are of legal age and not barred by applicable laws (including sanctions). We do not create traditional user accounts during Beta, but we may collect and store minimal data (GitHub User ID, account creation date, and wallet address) necessary for service functionality and abuse prevention.

2. Description of the Service

The Service may display third‑party datasets/signals and, where you authorize, forward instructions to third‑party protocols or services. The Service may also integrate with GitHub to verify user eligibility and prevent abuse. Any on‑chain action is authorized and signed by you. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Wallets and Non‑Custodial Nature

We do not hold assets, private keys, or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for wallet security and for any transactions you sign or broadcast. We may store your wallet address for service functionality and to prevent duplicate claims.

4. GitHub Integration

The Service may integrate with GitHub to verify user eligibility and prevent abuse. By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize us to collect your GitHub User ID and account creation date. We do not access your repositories, private data, or any other GitHub information. GitHub integration is optional and used solely for service functionality.

5. Fees and Payment

During Beta, we do not charge fees. If fees are introduced later, we will publish pricing and billing terms. Unless required by law, on‑chain settlements/payments are irreversible and non‑refundable.

6. Third‑Party Services and Content

Your use of third‑party sites, APIs, blockchains, wallets, and exchanges is governed by those providers' terms and policies. Unless expressly authorized, we do not grant you redistribution rights for third‑party content.

7. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) violate laws or rights (including sanctions/export controls, AML, IP, and privacy); (b) attempt to bypass billing or access controls, perform abusive traffic, or unauthorized scraping; (c) use the Service to provide or imply investment/financial/medical/legal advice; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or third‑party systems.

8. Intellectual Property

We own all rights in our trademarks, interfaces, and proprietary code, subject to open‑source licenses for components we use. See our /oss page for notices.

9. Disclaimers (AS IS / AS AVAILABLE)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all data, signals, and features are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

10. No Investment or Professional Advice

Content is for general information only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and risks.

11. Limitation of Liability (Testnet/Free)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, trading losses, slippage, liquidation, data loss, or third‑party/network failures) arising from or related to the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates/personnel from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third‑party rights.

13. Termination and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may change these Terms; material changes will be posted with the Effective Date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement; severability; assignment; no waiver; and force‑majeure apply. If any term is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
