Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10/31/2025

Provider: Mflo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")

Summary

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service, including GitHub account information and wallet addresses. We do not sell or share personal information. You can use our service by connecting a non-custodial crypto wallet and optionally linking your GitHub account. We do not run analytics or advertising.

Data we collect

We collect the following minimal data to provide our service:

  • GitHub User ID - Your unique GitHub identifier for account verification
  • GitHub Account Creation Date - When your GitHub account was created
  • Wallet Address - Your connected crypto wallet address for transactions

What we don't collect

  • No names, emails, or personal profiles beyond GitHub ID
  • No payment cards or billing info
  • No marketing identifiers or fingerprinting
  • No analytics, ads, or cross-site tracking cookies
  • No GitHub repository access or private data

GitHub integration (how it works)

  • You may optionally connect your GitHub account to access additional features.
  • We collect only your GitHub User ID and account creation date for verification purposes.
  • We do not access your repositories, private data, or any other GitHub information.
  • GitHub data is used solely to verify account eligibility and prevent abuse.

Wallet connection (how it works)

  • You may connect a non-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
  • Your wallet address is collected and stored to enable transactions and prevent duplicate claims.
  • We store wallet addresses on our servers for service functionality.
  • All transactions are recorded on public blockchains by design and are publicly visible.

Technical processing that may occur

To operate a secure website/app, limited technical data may be processed by infrastructure providers (e.g., a CDN, hosting, RPC node, or your chosen wallet), such as IP address and user-agent in transient logs. This data is controlled by those providers and is used only to deliver the service and ensure security.

Cookies and local storage

  • We do not set tracking cookies.
  • Your wallet provider may use local storage or cookies strictly necessary for connection/session.

On-chain data is public

Blockchains are public ledgers. Interactions you make on-chain (including your wallet address and transaction details) are publicly accessible and may be analyzed by anyone. We do not combine on-chain data with off-chain data to identify you.

Your rights

If you contact us about any information that could relate to you (e.g., in necessary server/security logs), we will honor applicable rights (such as access or deletion) under laws like the GDPR/CPRA where required.

International processing

Our providers may process technical data in other countries solely to deliver their services.

Changes

If our practices change (for example, if we add analytics), we will update this policy and the effective date before those changes take effect.
